General Conditions

CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of the travel from part of the client, the amounts that will be withheld will be the following:
– Administrative Fees CHF 40.
– Cancellations from 30 to 20 days before departure 10 %
– Cancellations from 19 to 10 days before departure 50 %
– Cancellations from 9 to 4 days before departure 80 %
– Cancellations from 3 days to the day of departure 100 %

INSURANCES
The insurance against cancellation expenses is obligatory and it is not comprised in the price of the travel.

CHANGES OF PROGRAM
We reserve the right to carry out changes of route, in case an act of God has happened, in the interest to guarantee the maximum safety to the customer.

PAYMENTS
At the moment of the departure the entire travel quota must have been paid. BUTTI VIAGGI is not responsible for supplying any service in case the client has not paid the entire quota before the departure.

MINIMAL PARTICIPATION
The minimal number of participants is fixed to 30 persons. In case such number was not achieved, BUTTI VIAGGI can cancel until 15 days before the departure date. In case of cancellation from part of BUTTI VIAGGI the client will be reimbursed the entire quota paid.

PASSPORTS
At confirmation BUTTI VIAGGI will inform the client which documents are required for the border posts.

TOUR COACH
Our coach is equipped with all of the comforts. During our travels it is prohibited to smoke and eat on the coach. Personal objects including video cameras, photographic apparatuses etc… must not be left on the coach. We do not assume responsibility for thefts to the inside of the coach. It is obligatory for all passengers to fasten their seat belts whilst travelling on the coach.
